A HEAD OFFICE native, Chris Warburton advises small and mid-size companies on general corporate and real estate matters. He has provided counsel on entity formation, contracts, asset purchases, licensing agreements, operating agreements, corporate maintenance, commercial leases, and the purchase and sale of commercial real estate, among other matters. His clients include companies in the entertainment, hospitality, technology and real estate industries.
